Both parties could raise their credibility with voters by agreeing to establish a permanent, independent commission to re-draw the State's election districts every ten decade. With the 2010 census data, neither party sure of a majority, and an electorate looking for signs of a break from politics as usual (see Tripwire #1) it appears to be the perfect time for the State's leadership to come forward.
